PRICE INCLUDES:
- A pre-departure packet/welcome kit, preparing trip participants to travel
- Meet and greet at San Jose airport with private transfer to your hotel
- Local bilingual guides
- Transportation with guide-driver will be with the family the whole time
- All daily breakfasts and other meals mentioned in the itinerary as indicated, where B=breakfast, L=lunch, D=dinner
- Activities and visits detailed in the itinerary
- 9 nights of accommodation
PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- International flight to and from Costa Rica
- Gratuities for guides and drivers
- Personal expenses
- Extras in hotels (laundry, phone calls, room service, etc.)
- Costs associated with changes to your itinerary for reasons beyond our control
- Travel Insurance (we can get you a quote with Travelex, please let us know if you'd like to purchase)
- Meals and activities not specified in the itinerary
Itinerary Flexibility: The itinerary is flexible and can be adjusted to meet your group’s needs but if there are any major changes to the itinerary then the cost will need to be reviewed. The itinerary is correct at the time of submission; however, we reserve the right to modify the itinerary, service locations, cost and destinations visited if major schedule changes dictate.
Dietary Requirements: We can cater for some food allergies or vegetarians if you specify your dietary requirements under the Edit Profile link in the upper right.
Your Balance Due must be paid 40 days prior to departure (in your family's case, the entire trip payment is due now). See full terms and conditions on the Booking Form in your TASKS section of the website.
Cancelation Policies
Trip cancellations made due to border closures or government restrictions relating to the nationality of the traveler coming to Costa Rica or their home country will have the option to reschedule their tour within one year at no additional cost.
Trip cancellations made due to a positive COVID-19 Test within 72-hours prior to the trip departure date will receive no penalty for postponing their trip if they reschedule their trip within one year from the original departure date. Travelers must send us the positive COVID-19 test results within 72 hours prior to the trip.
Any other reason of Cancellation will be analyzed by each specific case.
Our normal policy dictates that any cancellation made between 30 and 0 days prior to arrival no refund is possible.
